Sony Xperia L4 has been officially launched. The new Sony Xperia phone comes with triple rear camera setup and has a waterdrop-style notch display. It also has a multi-window UI developed by Sony, initially offered in the Xperia 1 flagship. The Xperia L4 has been launched as an upgrade to the Xperia L3. The speciality of the new Sony smartphone is the large battery and triple rear camera setup.

The Sony Xperia L4 will be currently on sale in selected markets with black and blue colour options. However, the company has not yet shared its price information.

It is being said that Sony Xperia L4 will not cost much. The company has designed it as an entry-level smartphone. As we told you above, this phone is an upgrade of Xperia L3 launched at MWC 2019. The Xperia L3 was launched in Europe at a price of 200 euros (about 15,500 rupees).

Sony Xperia L4 Specification

Dual-SIM (Nano) Sony Xperia L4 works on multi-window UI based on Android 9 Pie. It has a 6.2-inch HD + (1680×720 pixels) wide display with a 21: 9 aspect ratio. The phone includes an octa-core MediaTek MT6762 chipset, which comes with 3GB of RAM and 64GB of internal storage. This storage can be expanded up to 512 GB via microSD card.

For photography and videography, the Sony Xperia L4 has a triple rear camera setup, which includes a 13-megapixel primary sensor with f / 2.0 aperture, a 5-megapixel f / 2.2 aperture with 117-degree field-of-view (FoV) and 2-megapixel sensor with f / 2.4 aperture. The phone has an 8-megapixel selfie camera, which includes f / 2.0 aperture with 78-degree FoV.

Connectivity options on the Sony Xperia L4 include 4G LTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 a / b / g / n, Bluetooth 5, GPS / A-GPS, NFC, USB Type-C and a 3.5mm headphone jack. The smartphone comes with an in-display fingerprint sensor. A battery of 3,580 mAh capacity is provided with fast charging support. The dimension of Sony Xperia L4 is 159x71x8.7 millimetres and weighs 178 grams.
