Mi 10 will be launched just before MWC 2020
The Mi 10 will be launched just before MWC 2020 to be held in Barcelona. Xiaomi has revealed this by sending a ‘block the date’ invoice to the media. The numeric of 10 has been used in Invite. This marks the launch of the Mi 10 series. Mi 10 Pro and Mi 10 are expected to be introduced in the Mi 10 series. The launch date will be 23 February.
Xiaomi had told about its next generation premium smartphone Mi 10 and Mi 10 Pro last year. At the Qualcomm Snapdragon Tech Summit 2019, Xiaomi revealed that the Mi 10 is one of the earliest smartphones to come with Snapdragon 865 processor.
Xiaomi has indicated that the M10 will have optical zoom support. Multi-camera setup is also indicated in the Invite. The smartphone can have four cameras on the back. Along with Mi 10, Xiaomi is also preparing to bring another smartphone Mi 10 Pro which can have up to 16 GB of RAM. The company has already confirmed that LPDDR5 RAM will be given in the M10 series.
Xiaomi M10 will have Qualcomm Snapdragon 865 processor and it will come with 5G support. The smartphone is expected to have a 108-megapixel primary camera. This is the Samsung ISOCELL Bright HMX sensor. It is expected to provide 48 watt fast charging support. At the same time, 65 W charging support is reported in the M10 Pro.
Both phones of the Mi series are expected to offer a hole-punch display design. A glimpse of this design has also been seen in the Samsung Galaxy S10 series last year. After being launched in Barcelona, Xiaomi will bring its m10 series to India and other markets.
